Why quarterly visits work
Every Sani IQ protection plan schedules a visit ahead of each seasonal peak in the table above: spring (carpenter ants, wasp queens, first ant trails), summer (wasps, mosquitoes, spiders), fall (mice, cluster flies, overwintering insects) and winter (indoor rodents, cockroaches, silverfish). Anything that returns between visits is re-treated free.
Same-day service available across Barrie, Simcoe County and the GTA. Posted prices — no surprises.
