Plain-words terms
Cancel any time. Because the start fee is lower than the cost of your first visit, if you cancel in the first few months your account settles up to $495 total, minus everything you've already paid, and we collect the exterior stations. After month 3 there's nothing to settle.
Example: cancel after month 1 on Protect = $495 − $249 − $77 = $169. Paid the year in full? You get a pro-rated refund of unused months, less the same settle-up.
Common questions
Your first visit is the big one: a full inside-and-outside treatment, bait stations installed, and entry points found and sealed. The start fee covers part of that. Your monthly covers the rest of the year.
For mice and household insects we only offer protection plans. One-time treatments are how people end up paying twice a year for the same problem. Bed bugs, wildlife and commercial properties are quoted after an inspection.

Yes. Every Sani IQ Protect plan includes rodent prevention: exterior bait stations, an entry-point inspection and sealing of minor gaps. On its own it's a $297 add-on. If mice are already inside, they need to be removed first. That's included in Protect Plus.
Prevention keeps new mice from getting in. Treatment removes the ones already inside. Protect includes prevention. Protect Plus and Elite include both.
One yard treatment on a date you choose: a BBQ, a birthday, a family visit. Call us a few days ahead and we'll book it.
