Who owns Sani IQ
Yogesh Tulani
Founder & Owner
Sani IQ Inc. is independently owned and operated from Milton, Ontario. No franchise. Our technicians are Sani IQ employees.
Technicians based in Milton, Scarborough and Markham — so the west GTA, Toronto’s east end and York Region each get a local truck, not a long drive.
Yogesh has worked in pest control for six years and started Sani IQ to do one thing differently: put the client’s result ahead of the company’s margin. Most pest problems in Ontario homes are solved by understanding the pest — where it nests, how it moves, what it needs to survive a winter — not by spraying and hoping. That’s the discipline Sani IQ is built on: inspection first, treatment matched to the biology and behaviour of the pest, and a photo report so you can see what we found and what we did. The goal of every visit is a home that stays quiet, not a customer who has to call again.
“If we do the job right, you shouldn’t need us for the same problem twice. That’s the standard.”
