How quickly can you get to me?

Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use Health Canada–registered products applied through IPM (Integrated Pest Management) protocols designed to minimize pesticide use. Treatments are applied in targeted areas and are safe for children and pets once dry — typically 30–60 minutes.
What's the difference between Protect and Protect Plus?
Prevention keeps new mice from getting in. Treatment removes the ones already inside. Sani IQ Protect includes rodent prevention free (a $297 add-on, included) with quarterly insect service. Protect Plus adds active rodent treatment, carpenter ants and a visit every two months. Protect Elite adds mosquito season and the highest priority.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
No — you can remain in your home during most treatments. Our technician will advise on any short precautionary window (usually 30 minutes) to avoid freshly treated surfaces.
Do you offer a guarantee?
