Our Guarantee and Billing, in Plain Language

The promise: if pests return within your covered window, so do we — at no charge. One-time services carry a 60-day guarantee. Protection plans are covered continuously between visits, all year.

The 60-day guarantee (one-time services)

Every one-time treatment is guaranteed for 60 days. If the treated pest returns within that window, call or text (705) 302-1887 and we’ll re-treat at no charge — no arguing, no “it must be a different colony.” Multi-visit services like Complete Mice Protection ($495) build the follow-up into the design: two visits three weeks apart, with the 60-day guarantee on top.

What the guarantee reasonably asks of you: complete the preparation for your service, keep any follow-up appointments, and don’t remove or wash away the treatment (see aftercare rules). Those aren’t gotchas — they’re the conditions under which treatments actually work.

Plan coverage (the better deal, honestly)

Protection plan members ($845–$2,795/yr depending on coverage) don’t think in 60-day windows: covered pests are handled at scheduled visits AND any time between them. A covered service call in month three of your plan costs exactly nothing. That between-visit coverage is the quiet reason plans out-value one-time treatments for anyone with recurring seasonal pressure.

Billing, simply

You approve the price before any work starts — always. One-time services are payable on completion; the $95 inspection is credited in full when you book. Plans are one annual price: no monthly billing, no initiation fee, no auto-renewal surprise — we confirm with you before each new plan year. Receipts and visit documentation are provided every time, and commercial clients receive audit-ready reports.
