Our Warranty and Billing, in Plain Language

The promise: if pests return within your covered window, so do we — at no charge. One-Time Mice carries a 60-day warranty. The Rodent Program carries a 12-month warranty. Protect, Plus and Elite are covered continuously between visits for the plan term. And you are billed after each visit — never monthly, never before the work.

One-Time Mice — 60-day warranty

One-Time Mice ($495) is two visits three weeks apart: setup, then verification and seal-up. If activity returns within 60 days of the second visit, call or text (705) 302-1887 and we come back at no charge — no arguing, no “it must be a different colony.” Change your mind inside those 60 days? Move to the Rodent Program for $400 and the clock restarts at twelve months.

Rodent Program — 12-month warranty

On the Rodent Program ($445 at the first visit, then $150 after each quarterly visit) the stations stay in all year and we inspect and re-seal every quarter. If you see or hear activity between visits, call: free re-service within 5 business days, for the full twelve months. No one can promise you’ll never see a mouse again — a mouse fits through a pencil-width gap. What we promise is that you never deal with it alone.

Protect, Plus and Elite — covered between visits

Covered pests are handled at scheduled visits AND any time between them: within 5 business days on Protect, within 48 hours on Plus and Elite. A covered service call in month three costs exactly nothing. That between-visit coverage is the quiet reason programs out-value one-time treatments for anyone with recurring seasonal pressure.

What the warranty reasonably asks of you: complete the preparation for your service, keep any follow-up appointments, and don’t remove or wash away the treatment (see aftercare rules). Those aren’t gotchas — they’re the conditions under which treatments actually work.

Billing, simply

A card on file at signature, charged after each completed visit. No monthly fees, no charges between visits, no start fee. Receipt and photo report every time. Prefer to pay the year upfront? Rodent Program $845 · Protect $945 · Plus $1,395 · Elite from $1,995. Prices cover homes up to 2,000 sq ft; larger homes add a little to every visit. Every price is posted here.

Cancelling. Rodent Program: any time, nothing further owed. Protect, Plus and Elite: any time — if you cancel before your second visit, the first visit bills at its standalone price of $495; after that, nothing.
