What to Expect From Your Year-Round Program Visits

The point of a program: each visit is timed to hit Ontario’s pest calendar BEFORE the season peaks — ants and wasps handled in spring and summer, rodents sealed out ahead of fall, stations checked all year. Between visits, if pests return, so do we, at no charge. And every visit is billed after it’s done — no monthly fees.

The rhythm of your program

Sani IQ Rodent Program — four visits: the setup visit (inside and outside stations, entry points mapped; $445, which includes the seal-up visit three weeks later), then three quarterly inspection-and-re-seal visits at $150 each. Stations stay in all year. 12-month warranty.

Sani IQ Protect — four quarterly visits at $249 each. Protect Plus — six bi-monthly visits at $249 each, with rodent removal and carpenter ants covered. Protect Elite — the six bi-monthly visits plus monthly mosquito visits May to September, quoted for your yard.

Spring targets emerging ant colonies, wasp queens starting nests, and a full exterior refresh after winter. Summer focuses on wasp pressure, active insect season and exterior barriers at full strength. Fall is rodent season: entry-point inspection, exclusion touch-ups and station checks before mice move in. Winter verifies stations and monitors for rodent activity while everything else sleeps.

What each visit looks like

You’ll get a scheduling notice ahead of each visit. Most program visits are primarily exterior — you don’t need to be home unless we’ve flagged interior work, though we’re happy to schedule around you. The technician inspects, treats what the season calls for, refreshes the stations, and sends a photo report so you always know what was done. Gates unlocked (or codes on file) keeps everything smooth. After the visit, the card on file is charged for that visit and you get a receipt.
