What to Expect From Your Year-Round Protection Plan Visits

The point of the plan: each visit is timed to hit Ontario’s pest calendar BEFORE the season peaks — ants and wasps handled in spring/summer, rodents sealed out ahead of fall, everything monitored year-round. And between visits, if pests return, so do we, at no charge.

The rhythm of your plan

Insect Control ($845/yr) and Mice Protection ($895/yr) run four seasonal visits. Essentials ($1,195/yr) combines both. VIP (from $1,395/yr) runs six visits and includes mosquito and tick treatment. ELITE (from $2,795/yr) is monthly, covering everything including wildlife. No monthly billing, no initiation fee — one annual price.

Spring targets emerging ant colonies, wasp queens starting nests, and a full exterior refresh after winter. Summer focuses on wasp pressure, active insect season and exterior barriers at full strength. Fall is rodent season: entry-point inspection, exclusion touch-ups and monitored protection before mice move in. Winter (on plans with cold-season visits) verifies interior stations and monitors for rodent activity while everything else sleeps.

What each visit looks like

You’ll get a scheduling notice ahead of each visit. Most plan visits are primarily exterior — you don’t need to be home unless we’ve flagged interior work, though we’re happy to schedule around you. The technician inspects, treats what the season calls for, refreshes monitored equipment, and documents the visit so you always know what was done. Gates unlocked (or codes on file) keeps everything smooth.
