Is There an Inspection Fee? (Updated October 2026)

The short version: there is no separate inspection fee. For mice programs and Sani IQ Protect, the price is posted and confirmed before we come, and the first visit is the inspection — stations go in and entry points get mapped on day one. For specialty pests (bed bugs, German cockroaches, wildlife, rats) we quote after that first on-site look.

What changed

Until September 2026 every specialty job started with a $95 inspection that was credited back when you booked. We retired it. It added a step, and most of what the inspection found we now do on the first visit anyway.

How pricing works now

• Mice inside? The Sani IQ Rodent Program is $445 at the first visit (inside and outside stations, every entry point mapped — the seal-up visit three weeks later is included), then $150 after each quarterly visit. 12-month warranty. Prefer one-and-done? One-Time Mice is $495, two visits, 60-day warranty.
• Whole-house protection: Sani IQ Protect is $249 a visit, four visits a year, rodent prevention included. Protect Plus ($249 a visit, six visits) adds rodent removal and carpenter ants. Protect Elite is quoted and adds mosquito season.
• Specialty pests — bed bugs, German cockroaches, wildlife, rats, termites, fleas and ticks — are never on a plan. We look first, then quote. There is no charge for the look itself when you proceed with the quoted program; if you decide not to, we tell you the assessment price on the phone before anyone drives out.
