Why we inspect first — always

Treating a pest problem without diagnosing it is guessing with your money. The species, the entry points, the nest location, the severity — these decide what treatment actually works. A “free estimate” done from a doorway or over the phone produces the mystery pricing this industry is famous for: a teaser number that grows once someone’s in your home. We’d rather do it in the right order: inspect properly, tell you exactly what’s happening, quote a firm published price, and let you decide.

What the $95 buys

A licensed technician’s full assessment: interior inspection of affected areas, exterior inspection of the foundation, entry points, vents and structure lines, identification of the pest and the pressure source, and a written explanation of findings with a firm price for fixing it — from our published price list, not invented on the spot. You keep the findings whether or not you book.

How the credit works

Book any treatment from the inspection — same visit or later — and the $95 is deducted in full. Wasp nest removal $247 becomes $152 on the day if we inspected first, and so on ($345 one-time mice becomes $250 — you get the idea). Only if you choose not to proceed does the inspection itself cost anything: $95 for a professional’s time and honest findings you can act on however you like.
