Sani IQ provides pest control and pest management services for residential and commercial properties. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

The specific Services provided will be agreed upon between you and Sani IQ prior to commencement of work.

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

When you schedule a service appointment with us:

• We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time.
• If we need to reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Service Guarantees and Limitations

We strive to provide effective pest control services, however:

• Results may vary based on the nature of the infestation, property conditions, and customer cooperation with recommended prevention measures.
• Some treatments may require multiple visits to achieve optimal results.
• Our service guarantees, if applicable, will be provided in writing at the time of service.
• We cannot guarantee complete elimination of pests in all circumstances, especially in cases of severe infestation or environmental factors beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the pest problem.
• Grant our technicians reasonable access to treat affected areas.
• Follow preparation instructions provided before treatment.
• Implement recommended prevention measures after treatment.
• Keep pets and children away from treated areas for the recommended time period.
• Notify us promptly if pest issues persist after treatment.

6. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash.
• For ongoing service contracts, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Website Use

When using our Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.

For ongoing service contracts, termination terms will be specified in your service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
